***Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your Booked Session Start Time are free of charge however cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will require full payment. ***Bookings rescheduled with more than 12 hours' notice can be changed to an alternative available Recovery Session that week free of charge. ***All bookings need to be made 1 hour prior to your Chosen Session Start Time.
